When seeking or comparing quotations consider the following important factors:

Is the moving company known to you?	YES / NO
Does the representative present a professional image and display in-depth knowledge of the removals business?	YES / NO
Have you seen the movers vehicles and are they and the people in them well presented?	YES / NO
If you require storage, have you visited the movers premises and established that your possessions will be properly cared for and that the premises are secure and dry?	YES / NO
Does the Company have any in-house training programmes, stated methods of packing and quality packing materials?	YES / NO
Does the Company have any recognised qualifications such as the ISO or FAIM Quality Standard?	YES / NO
Does the movers you are considering have sufficient resources to handle your move itself (or is it going to use a sub-contractor to handle all or part of your move)?	YES / NO
Does the Company belong to meaningful international organisations whose criteria for membership include experience, high standards, ethics, and financial security?	YES / NO
